摘　　要：依据高职院校学生的实际情况,以OBE教育理念为基础,以教育成果为导向,对高职院校“职业生涯规划与就业指导”课程进行改革性探究。通过挖掘红色思政元素、绿色可持续的农业因素、蓝色工匠探索元素,并将其融入OBE理念的教学模块中,不仅可以提升学生对未来职业的认同感,还满足了社会对高素质职业技能人才职业能力的要求。课程的教学改革研究可为今后“职业生涯规划与就业指导”课程教学提供参考,为高素质职业技能人才培养提供依据。Based on the characteristics of vocational college students and the OBE education concept,guided by educational achievements,this study explores the reform of the“Career Planning and Employment Guidance”course in vocational colleges.By exploring the red ideological and political elements,green and sustainable agricultural factors,and blue craftsman exploration elements,and integrating them into the OBE teaching module,it not only enhances students’sense of identity with future careers,but also meets society’s requirements for highquality vocational skilled talents’professional abilities.The research on teaching reform of this course can provide reference for the future teaching of“Career Planning and Employment Guidance”course,and provide a basis for the cultivation of high-quality vocational skilled talents.
