摘　　要：创新在建设现代化强国进程中占据核心地位,是引领科技进步的第一动力。医学本科生亟须用创新能力武装自己,以适应现代医学的快速发展,满足健康中国的战略需求。因此,对医学本科生创新创业能力的培养是医学本科教育过程中的关键环节。通过阐明培养医学本科生创新创业能力的意义所在,探讨当前在培养医学本科生创新创业能力过程中面临的困难,同时以南京医科大学对本科生的创新创业能力培养工作为例,提出应对措施,为提升学生的创新创业能力提供思路。Innovation holds a central position in the construction of modern powerful nation,which is the primary force leading scientific and technological progress.Medical undergraduates are in urgent need of equipping themselves with innovation capabilities to adapt to the rapid development of modern medicine,and meeting the strategic needs of the“Healthy China”.Therefore,the cultivation of innovation and enterprise capabilities for medical undergraduate students plays a crucial role in the medical undergraduate education.Through elucidating the significance of fostering innovation and enterprise capabilities in medical undergraduates,discussing the challenges currently faced in the process of cultivating such abilities,and taking the cultivation of innovation and enterprise abilities for undergraduate students at Nanjing Medical University as an example to propose countermeasures,the paper aims to offer insights to enhance the innovation and enterprise capabilities of medical undergraduates.
