摘 要:共同体依循着“血缘相亲—地缘相近—精神相似”的演进梯次,以伦理道德观念为其根本精神纽带,维系着成员间的文化血脉联系和共同意识。中华民族正是凭借着中华传统美德这一精神基因,铸就了和而不同、价值相融、多元一体的共同体意识,构筑了中华民族共同体的道德基础与精神特质。中华民族所秉持的“守中致和”的伦理思维、“温润如玉”的君子人格、“厚德载物”的精神品格、“天下大同”的家国情怀、“勤俭克己”的修身路径等,不仅承载着中华民族共同体所共享的价值观念与行为准则,也成为中华民族共同体意识培育的重要根基。在学校教育中,铸牢中华民族共同体意识需要以中华传统美德为基石,充分挖掘中华传统美德中的“和合”“温润”“仁爱”“克己”等思想精华,使各民族在精神滋养下形成共同的价值追求。共同体培育需遵循“认知—情感—行动”的道德教育逻辑,引导不同群体学生在和而不同的交往交流中,增加群际接触,不断纠正各民族间的认知偏差,认同中华传统美德,深化共同体的情感共鸣,进而将中华民族共同体意识内化为价值认同。The community follows an evolutionary sequence of“kinship affinity-geographical proximity-spiritual similarity”,with ethical and moral concepts serving as its fundamental spiritual bond,maintaining the cultural blood connection among its members.It is precisely by relying on the spiritual gene of traditional Chinese virtues that the Chinese nation has forged a sense of community featuring value integration,harmony in diversity and pluralistic unity,thereby constructing the moral foundation and spiritual characteristics of the community for the Chinese nation.Key cultural tenets such as the ethical mind of“upholding moderation and harmony”,the gentlemanly personality of being“as gentle as jade”,the spiritual character of“having great virtue and accommodating all things”,the national sentiment of“universal harmony”,and the self-discipline of“being diligent and thrifty”not only embody shared values and norms within the Chinese national community but also form the bedrock for fostering its collective consciousness.In school education,fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation requires prioritizing traditional virtues,systematically integrating philosophical essences such as“harmony”,“gentleness”,and“benevolence”in traditional Chinese virtues,so that all ethnic groups can form a common value pursuit under the nourishment of the spirit.Following the logic of“cognition-emotion-action”,the cultivation of the sense of community should guide students from different backgrounds to continuously correct the cognitive biases among ethnic groups in harmonious yet diverse exchanges and interactions,identify with traditional Chinese virtues,deepen emotional resonance,increase intergroup engagement,and ultimately internalize the sense of Chinese national community as core value recognition.
