文化共同体视域下民族地区教师践行教育家精神的理性构想

摘  要:“中国特有的教育家精神”具有融合共同的文化实践、彰示集体的价值原则、蕴蓄群体的精神力量和联系共同体发展的“因”与“果”之本质规定性。这种本质属性赋予了“教育家精神”作为共享文化,为中国教师共同体提供共同的文化纽带,联结不同的教师个体和群体、凝聚中国教师共同体并为其所认同、尊崇和实践的文化品质。民族地区教师作为教师文化共同体成员的重要组成,应积极审视自身所处的文化态势,依循以共同记忆延展发展愿景、以价值共识熔铸文化信念、以共同实践促成文化创生的共同体构建逻辑;在具体的文化策略层面,应坚守教育家精神的文化立场,深明教育家精神的文化选择,凝蓄教育家精神的文化修养,不断推动中国教师文化共同体的价值整合和创造。The“educators'spirit unique to China”has the cultural essence of integrating common cultural practice,demonstrating the value principle of the collective,storing the spiritual power of the group and connecting the“cause”and“effect”of the development of the community.This cultural essence gives“educators'spirit”as a shared culture,which provides a common cultural bond within the Chinese teaching community,bridging individual teachers and the groups and uniting the cultural qualities that are recognized,respected,and practiced by the Chinese teaching community.As important members of teachers'cultural community,teachers in ethnic regions should actively examine their own cultural context,adhere to the principles of community building by shaping a shared vision through collective memory,forging cultural beliefs through shared values,and advancing cultural creation through collective practice.At the level of specific cultural strategies,we should stick to the cultural stance of the educators'spirit,deeply understand the cultural choice of educators'spirit,accumulate the cultural accomplishment of educators'spirit,and constantly promote the value integration and creation of Chinese teachers'cultural community.
