摘　　要：将高校劳动教育与思想政治教育相融合,挖掘劳动教育的德育功能,符合时代特征与中国的基本国情,是探索具有中国特色的劳动教育模式,引导学生形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观的必要举措。劳动教育具有鲜明的思想性、突出的社会性和显著的实践性,劳动教育的性质决定了劳动教育可以有效彰显思想政治教育的政治导向功能、价值建构功能和道德教育功能。通过形成家校社共育格局、营造劳动风尚、善用网络育人新空间等策略可以实现劳动教育的思想政治教育功能。To integrate labor education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities and excavate the moral education function of labor education are in line with the characteristics of the times and China’s basic national conditions.It is a necessary measure to explore the labor education model with Chinese characteristics and guide students to form a correct worldview,outlook on life and values.Labor education has distinct ideological nature,outstanding sociality and significant practicality.The nature of labor education determines that labor education can effectively demonstrate the political orientation function,value construction function and moral education function of ideological and political education.The ideological and political education function of labor education can be realized by forming a home-school-community co-education pattern,creating a labor fashion,and making good use of the new space of network education.
