学校氛围对大学生学习投入的影响:学校归属感的中介作用

摘　　要：大学阶段是人生发展的重要时期,高校如何点燃学生对知识的向往、提高学生的学习投入发挥着主阵地作用。众多研究表明学校氛围和学校归属感是影响大学生学习投入的重要因素。通过对青岛市高校大学生的问卷调查,发现学生学习投入、学校氛围和学校归属感整体处于中等偏上水平,且三者之间存在显著的正相关关系;学校氛围不仅能直接正向影响大学生的学习投入,还能通过增强学校归属感间接提升学习投入,而学校归属感的中介效应占总效应的76.14%。通过优化学校氛围、增强学生学校归属感,促进大学生学习投入的重要性,为高校提供提升教育质量和学生学习体验的实证依据。The university period constitutes a critical developmental stage where institutional environments significantly influence knowledge acquisition.Through a survey of 621 undergraduates in Qingdao,this study reveals three key findings:(1)participants demonstrated moderately high levels of learning engagement,perceived school climate,and school belongingness;(2)significant positive correlations emerged among all three variables;(3)school climate not only directly predicted learning engagement but also exerted indirect effects through school belongingness,accounting for 76.14%of the total variance.These results underscore the imperative for universities to optimize campus environments and strengthen community connections to enhance academic commitment.
