摘  要:美食旅游体验对游客满意度具有重要参考价值,是旅游者选择旅游目的地的重要因素之一。运用扎根理论,以桂林阳朔西街大众点评必吃榜前二十名餐厅的在线评论数据为基础,探索具身视角下美食旅游体验的影响因素与形成机制。研究结果表明:美食旅游体验的行前决策包括空间位置与选择动态;具身体验在美食旅游体验中起到核心作用,旅游者通过目的地情境、身体感官涉入和情感环境互动的交互作用,生成具身体验,进而影响美食情感建构和记忆建构;此外,积极的具身体验过程能够延伸至日常生活,并通过记忆建构与网络传播影响其他旅游者的决策。Food tourism experience has an important reference value for tourists’satisfaction and is one of the key factors for tourists to choose their tourist destinations.Based on the online review data of the top 20 restaurants on the Dianping must-eat list of West Street in Yangshuo,Guilin,this paper uses grounded theory to explore the influencing factors and formation mechanism of food tourism experience from an embodied perspective.The results show that the pre-trip decision-making of food tourism experience includes spatial location and selection dynamics.Embodied experience plays a core role in food tourism experience.Tourists generate embodied experience through the interaction of destination context,sensory involvement,and emotional environment,which in turn affects the construction of food emotion and memory.Moreover,the positive process of embodied experience can extend to daily life and influence the decision-making of other tourists through memory construction and network dissemination.
