摘　　要：企业儒学的话语体系,是在儒家管理哲学、儒家商道智慧以及儒商文化通论研究的坚实基础之上逐步形成的。其形成过程历经理论的逐步深化、融合与定型,并且在企业管理实践中不断得到印证与完善。企业儒学的话语体系可概括为以下十个方面:一是导德齐礼的治理观,二是以义致利的经营观,三是亲如一家的组织观,四是身正令行的领导观,五是举贤使能的用人观,六是内诚外信的品牌观,七是时变和合的战略观,八是兼善天下的责任观,九是创业垂统的传承观,十是敬天法祖爱人的信仰观。企业儒学的话语体系深深扎根于博大精深的中华优秀传统文化,同时积极借鉴了丰富多彩的现代企业管理理论,有机融合了生动鲜活的当代新儒商企业治理智慧。在此基础上,构建起具有“中国特色、中国风格、中国气派”的当代企业理论,实现了儒家思想在现代企业治理中的创造性转化,有力推动了企业理论在中国的创新性发展。不仅为中国特色社会主义企业治理体系和治理能力现代化、促进经济高质量发展贡献力量,还为构建当代世界新商业文明提供了中国智慧,具有深厚的理论价值、实践价值和时代价值。The discourse system of enterprise Confucianism has been gradually formed on the solid foundation of the research on Confucian management philosophy,Confucian business wisdom,and the general principles of Confucian business culture.Its formation process has gone through the gradual deepening,integration,and finalization of theories,and has been continuously tested and refined in the practice of enterprise management.The discourse system of enterprise Confucianism can be summarized into the following ten aspects:First,the governance concept of guiding by virtue and regulating by rites;second,the business concept of achieving profits through righteousness;third,the organizational concept of being like a family;fourth,the leadership concept of leading by example;fifth,the employment concept of promoting the worthy and using the capable;sixth,the brand concept of being honest internally and trustworthy externally;seventh,the strategic concept of adapting to changes and achieving harmony;eighth,the responsibility concept of benefiting all under heaven;ninth,the inheritance concept of starting a business and leaving a legacy;tenth,the belief concept of respecting heaven,following ancestors,and loving people.The discourse system of enterprise Confucianism is deeply rooted in the broad and profound excellent traditional Chinese culture.At the same time,it actively draws on the rich and diverse modern enterprise management theories and organically integrates the vivid and dynamic governance wisdom of contemporary New Confucian Entrepreneurs.Building upon this foundation,a contemporary enterprise theory with“Chinese characteristics,Chinese style,and Chinese manner”has been constructed,realizing the creative transformation of Confucian thoughts in modern enterprise governance and strongly promoting the innovative development of enterprise theory in China.It not only contributes to the modernization of the enterprise governance system and governance capacity of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the promotion of
