摘  要:为推动公立医院高质量发展,必然要求医院资源配置重心从注重物质要素向注重人才技术要素转变。鉴于检验医学在临床疾病诊断中的重要作用,培养高素质应用型检验人才已成为公立医院高质量发展背景下检验医学专科建设的必然要求。国内目前公立医院检验人才队伍建设尚在探索阶段,实际工作中人才培养存在检验技师/医师岗位职责不清、检验继续教育轻临床现象普遍、临床思维缺乏导致与临床沟通能力较弱及参与临床决策能力欠缺等不足。基于上述背景,本文拟针对检验人才岗位双轨模式培养、不同学历层次检验从业人员毕业后的继续教育模式、以临床需求为导向提升检验人员临床诊疗沟通及决策能力等方面进行思考探讨,旨在为公立医院的高质量发展培养高素质的检验人才队伍提供可参考的运行模式,不断提高检验从业人员的行业贡献度以满足人民日益增长的医疗卫生服务需求。In order to promote high quality development of public hospitals,it is necessary to change the focus of hospital resource allocation from focusing on material elements to focusing on talent and technology elements.In view of the important role of laboratory medicine in clinical disease diagnosis,training high quality applied laboratory medicine talents is an inevitable requirement for the construction of laboratory medicine specialty under the background of high quality development of public hospitals.At present,the construction of laboratory personnel in public hospitals in China is still in the exploratory stage,in the actual work,there are shortcomings in talent cultivation,such as unclear job responsibilities of laboratory technicians/physicians,widespread neglect of clinical education in laboratory testing,weak communication skills with clinical practitioners due to lack of clinical thinking,and insufficient ability to participate in clinical decision-making.Based on the above background,this paper intends to explore the dual-track training model of laboratory personnel positions,the continuing education mode of laboratory practitioners at different educational levels after graduation,clinical demand-oriented improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment communication and decision-making ability of laboratory personnel,so as to provide a reference operation model for high quality development and training of high quality laboratory personnel in public hospitals.Continuously improve the industry contribution of inspection practitioners to meet the growing needs of people’s medical and health services.
