摘　　要：我国建筑管理正面临从粗放增量到精益求质的转型,急需技术和管理能力兼优的复合人才。传统工程管理专业采用标准化课程教学,知识传授较少贴合实际工作场景需求。通过引入OBE理念,以工程经济学课程为例,用学生预期学习成果驱动工程管理专业核心课程教学模式的改革,构建并实施SPOC混合式教学设计及教学评价,结果表明:教学质量有显著提升。对工程类课程教学改革方向和思路有参考意义。China’s construction management is facing a transformation from extensive expansion to lean quality-seeking,and there is an urgent need for compound talents with both excellent technical and management capabilities.The traditional engineering management major adopts standardized curriculum teaching,and the knowledge imparted is less in line with the needs of actual work scenarios.By introducing the outcome based education(OBE)concept,taking the“Engineering Economics”course as an example,this paper uses students’expected learning outcomes to drive the reform of the teaching mode of core courses in the engineering management major,constructs and implements the small private online course(SPOC)blended teaching design and teaching evaluation.The results show that the teaching quality has been significantly improved.It has reference significance for the direction and ideas of the teaching reform of engineering courses.
