摘  要:高校学生资助工作是优化教育资源、办好人民满意的教育的重要手段,资助育人作为高校“十大育人”体系的重要组成部分,为教育事业的发展打造资助育人长效机制,已经成为高校管理者需要着重思考的问题。随着高校资助工作的纵深推进,学生能力拓展受限、形式单一、育人成效不显著等都制约着高校资助育人目标的实现。因此,高校开展资助育人工作应紧紧围绕立德树人根本任务,以服务学生成长发展为出发点,以“三全育人”为落脚点,精准识别困难学生,筑牢资助育人根基;协同联动,形成全员育人合力;统筹规划,加强全过程育人衔接;启智润心,提高全方位育人效果,最终形成资助育人长效机制。The student financial aid work in universities is an important means to optimize educational resources and provide education that satisfies the people.As a crucial part of the“Ten Major Educations”system in universities,establishing a long-term mechanism for cultivating students through financial aid has become a key issue that university administrators need to think about.With the in-depth progress of the financial aid work in universities,problems have emerged.Limited expansion of students’abilities,single-form work,and insignificant educational achievements all restrict the realization of the goal of cultivating students through financial aid in universities.Therefore,when carrying out the work of cultivating students through financial aid,universities should closely focus on the fundamental task of“fostering virtue through education”,take serving students’growth and development as the starting point,and take“education by all staff,whole process,and in all respects”as the foothold.Specifically,accurately identify students in need to lay a solid foundation for cultivating students through financial aid;coordinate and cooperate to form a joint force of all-staff education;make overall plans to strengthen the connection of education throughout the whole process;enlighten students’wisdom and moisten their hearts to improve the all-round educational effect,and ultimately form a long-term mechanism for cultivating students through financial aid.
