摘　　要：大数据技术在信息收集、数据处理方面的独特优势有助于提升高校资助学生工作的精准性,主要体现在精准识别、精准帮扶、精准管理和资助育人四个方面。大数据驱动高校学生精准资助体系建设,构建出了许多具有实用性和科学性的模型,在积累实践经验的同时也发现了许多不足。具体经验表现在:通过广泛的数据采集和严格的数据筛选为大数据应用和模型运行奠定数据基础;不足之处体现在:模型构建有待优化、大数据参考指标单一。弥补这些不足可以继续推动大数据在高校资助学生工作中高效应用。因此,应从现实情况出发,从体系机制、工作创新、学生发展、多元主体入手,将大数据的理念、方法和技术贯穿和应用于高校资助学生工作的全方位和全过程,进一步增强和凸显学生资助的精准性,以精准资助推进教育公平,以教育公平来消除代际贫困,全面深化资助育人,推动教育高质量和谐发展。The unique advantages of big data technology in information collection and data processing are conducive to improving the accuracy of student financial aid work,mainly reflected in four aspects:precise identification,precise assistance,precise management,and funding and education.Throughout the process of building an accurate financial-aiding system for college students driven by big data in China,the Chinese people have built many practical and scientific models,while accumulating experience,and shortcomings in specific practices have been discovered and overcome.Specific experience refers to laying a data foundation for big data application and model operation through extensive data collection and strict data screening.The shortcomings can be reflected in the need to optimize model construction and the single reference indicators for big data.These are the stepping stones and indicators for continuing to promote the efficient application of big data in student financial aid work.We should start from the real situation,start from the system mechanism,work innovation,student development,and multiple subjects,and integrate and apply the concept,methods,and technology of big data into the full range and process of college financial aid work,Further enhance and highlight the precise characteristics of student aid,promote educational equity through precise aid,eliminate inter-generational poverty through educational equity,and lay the foundation for the ultimate goal of social equality and common prosperity.
