摘 要:文章以小学生体质健康形势严峻为背景,从职业认知、教学活动、教师角色三方面分析了影响小学体育教师教育信念缺失的原因:小学体育课程缺乏对专项运动技能的考核评价;小学体育教师缺乏对体育教育工作的科学认识;小学体育教学缺乏对电子智能技术的正确使用。为推动小学体育高质量发展提出以下对策:加强职前职后一体化衔接,在合作学习中传递;提高专业教育教学能力,在实践反思中完善;丰富校园文化与制度保障,在文化浸润中发展教育信念。旨在帮助小学体育教师建立正确而坚定的教育信念,进而提升小学体育课堂质量,有效解决小学生体质健康问题。Against the backdrop of severe physical health situation of primary school students,this article analyzes the reasons for the lack of educational beliefs among primary school P.E.teachers from three aspects:occupational cognition,teaching activities,and teacher roles.Many problems have been exposed to developing physical health for primary students,such as the lack of assessment and evaluation of specialized sports skills in primary school physical education curriculum;primary school physical education teachers lacking a scientific understanding of physical education work,the lack of proper use of electronic intelligent technology in primary school physical education teaching and other issues.To promote the high-quality development of primary school physical education,the following measures are proposed to strengthen the integration of service,and to share them through cooperative learning,improving professional education and teaching abilities through practical reflection,enhancing campus culture and institutional guarantees,developing educational beliefs through environmental rendering,aiming to help primary school physical education teachers establish correct and firm educational beliefs,thereby improving the quality of primary school physical education classrooms and effectively solving the physical health problems of primary school students.
