摘  要:目的构建全科住院医师岗位胜任力模型,为基于岗位胜任力的全科住院医师规范化培训提供理论支撑。方法采用政策解读、理论研究、文献分析等方法初步构建模型框架,运用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,最终确定全科住院医师岗位胜任力模型。结果2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100.0%,2轮专家函询的权威系数分别为0.867、0.894,2轮专家函询的协调系数分别为0.421、0.458。最终构建的全科住院医师岗位胜任力模型包括医德、知识、能力3个维度,一级指标7个、二级指标65个。结论本研究构建的全科住院医师岗位胜任力模型可靠性高,可以为全科住院医师岗位胜任力的培养和评价提供科学依据。Objective To construct a post competency model for general practice resident physicians,providing theoretical support for the standardized training mode of general physicians based on post competency.Methods The model framework was initially constructed through policy interpretation,theoretical research,and literature analysis.Delphi method was used for two rounds of expert consultation,and the final post competency model for general practice resident physicians was determined.Results The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires in both rounds of expert consultation was 100.0%.The authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultations were 0.867 and 0.894,respectively,and the coordination coefficients were 0.421 and 0.458,respectively.The final constructed post competency model for general practice resident physicians includes three dimensions:medical ethics,knowledge,and ability,with seven first-level indicators and sixty-five second-level indicators.Conclusions The post competency model for general practice resident physicians constructed in this study is highly reliable and can provide a scientific basis for the cultivation and evaluation of post competency of general practice resident physicians.
