摘  要:为了给大黄鱼幼鱼规模化运输提供理论支撑,本研究选取平均体长7±0.52 cm,平均重量3±0.03 g的大黄鱼幼鱼为研究对象,采用双层聚乙烯尼龙袋封闭充氧运输,将试验组T1、T2、T3和T4的运输密度设置为30、40、50和60 g/L,每处理5个重复,共20个运输包,以运输前的鱼体和海水作为CK,模拟运输12 h,测定其对运输水质、成活率、血液生化以及能量代谢的影响。结果表明:T4的pH、溶氧量(DO)和成活率显著低于其他组(P<0.05),NH4-N和游离CO_(2)显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。T1的水质显著低于CK(P<0.05),但显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。T2和T3的水质和成活率显著低于CK(P<0.05),且T2和T3处于同一水平(P>0.05)。T4的COR、GLU和LAC显著高于其他组(P<0.05),TP显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。T1的血液生化水平显著低于CK(P<0.05),但显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。T2和T3的血液生化水平显著低于CK(P<0.05),且两组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。T4的ATP、MDH、SDH、PK和LDH显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。T1的能量代谢指标显著高于CK(P<0.05),但显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。T2和T3的能量代谢指标显著高于CK(P<0.05),且两组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,运输密度对大黄鱼幼鱼运输水质和成活率、血液生化以及能量代谢有明显影响,在本研究条件下,结合实际生产需要,运输密度不宜超过50 g/L。In order to provide theoretical support for the large-scale transportation of juvenile Larimichthys,this study selected juvenile Larimichthys as the research object.The transport densities of T1,T2,T3,and T4 were 30,40,50,and 60 g/L.The fish body and seawater before transportation were used as CK.Water quality,survival rate,blood biochemistry,and energy metabolism was determined.The results showed that pH,DO,and survival rate of T4 were significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05),while NH4-N and free CO_(2) were significantly higher(P<0.05).The water quality of T1 was significantly lower than CK,but significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The COR,GLU,and LAC of T4 were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The blood biochemical level of T1 was significantly lower than CK(P<0.05),but significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The ATP,MDH,SDH,PK,and LDH levels of T4 were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The energy metabolism indicators of T1 were significantly higher than those of CK(P<0.05),but significantly lower than those of other groups(P<0.05).In summary,transportation density has a significant impact on the water quality,survival rate,blood biochemistry,and energy metabolism of juvenile Larimichthys crocea during transportation.Under the conditions of this study,transportation density should not exceed 50 g/L.
