村田孜郎涉笔“张謇王国”教育事业探研

摘　　要：1921年,日本驻华特派员记者村田孜郎将自身见闻整理成短篇回忆录“张謇王国”,赞誉张謇在引领近代中国发展潮流过程中将南通打造成为外国人眼中的中国名片。通过具体资料的挖掘去观照村田孜郎笔下百年前的南通教育事业,可以为张謇研究的中外互补性、人物立体性及学术整全性提供参考。In 1921,Murata Shiro,a Japanese accredited journalist in China,compiled his observations and experiences into a short memoir titled The Kingdom of ZHANG Jian,in which he praised ZHANG Jian’s efforts to build Nantong as a model of modern China in foreigners’eyes.By observing and analyzing specific materials in Murata’s writing on Nantong’s education a century ago,valuable reference can be provided for the research related to ZHANG Jian to make sino-foreign complimentary,shape the character in three dimensions,and ensure academic integrity.
