史铁生写作的自我疗愈因素探析——以《病隙碎笔》为例

摘　　要：《病隙碎笔》是史铁生在患尿毒症期间沉思生命时的创作。作品中史铁生多次阐述写作给他带来的疗愈作用。伴随现代心理学的发展以及网络时代写作群体的扩大,学界渐渐关注文学创作对作者身心的影响。史铁生的创伤性经历促使他进行写作,写作对于史铁生而言有重要的意义。在史铁生看来,写作就是跟随灵魂与内心进行的对话。询问生命的意义,思索生命困境,是与困境相互携手的一种有效的方式。写作让史铁生实现了精神对形体的超越,实现了自我疗愈。Jottings in Sickbed is written by SHI Tiesheng during his battle with uremia,reflecting his contemplation of life.In this work,he frequently elaborates on the therapeutic role that writing plays in his healing process.With the advancement of modern psychology and the expansion of online writing communities,academia has gradually paid close attention to the impact of literary creation on writers’physical and mental well-being.SHI Tiesheng is prompted to write due to his traumatic experiences.For him,writing is a process of talking to his soul and inner self,holding profound significance.Inquiring into the meaning of life and pondering upon existential dilemmas is the most effective way to confront hardship.Through writing,SHI Tiesheng achieves a transcendence of spirit over body and realizes self-healing.
