摘　　要：对湖北省“九五”期间高校体育院系教师队伍建设诸多方面进行了深入分析 ,探讨了优势和存在的问题 ,对体育院校师资队伍建设具有参考价值。This paper expatriates the development of teachers contingent in departments and institutes of P.E. during the “ninth five year plan”. Problems and advantages are analyzed in hope of offering reference for the development of teachers contingent in the future.
