摘　　要：在法学教学方法改革中 ,案例教学法越来越受到重视。案例教学法与传统的教学法相比有着自己的特点 ,案例教学法如何组织 ,有哪些模式 。The case teaching method is more and more paid attention to during the reformation of teaching method of jurisprudence. Comparing with the traditional teaching method, there are some characters of the case teaching method. How to organize, what models to be used, and what principle to be followed are the key contents in this paper.
