中药“拮新康”对白血病细胞株的作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药拮新康对白血病细胞株HL - 6 0、K5 6 2、Jurkat增殖的影响 ,为临床治疗白血病提供依据。方法 :采用细胞毒性实验检测拮新康对HL - 6 0、K5 6 2、Jurkat细胞增殖的影响。结果 :拮新康对三种白血病细胞株均有抑制作用 ,拮新康不同剂量对白血病细胞的抑制率有着不同程度的改变 ,随着剂量的增加 ,抑制率逐渐增强 ,且具有一定的量效关系。结论 :拮新康对白血病细胞有抑制作用 ,且具有一定量效关系 ,并有增强化疗的作用。Objective:To evaluate the effects of chinese medicine Jie Xin Kang(JXK) on the leukemic cells(HL-60, K562, Jurkat) and provide evidences for the treatment of leukemia.Methods:The effects of JXK on proliferation of the leukemic cells in vitro were studied by MTT assay.Results:JXK could inhibit the proliferation of the leukemic cell lines. The inhibition rate of the leukemic cells was correlated with the concentration of JXK. The inhibition rate gradually enhanced with the increase of the concentration of JXK, and they had certain relation of dose and effect.Conclusion: JXK can inhibit the proliferation of the leukemic cells and improve chemotherapy effectiveness, and has certain relation of dose and effect.
