浓缩酒精废液生产SCP的研究

摘  要:从7株饲料酵母中筛选出1株适宜糖蜜酒精废液生产SCP的高产菌IFFI1779,并通过正交实验,单因素实验考察影响该菌蛋白收量的多种因素,获得优化培养条件.在废液浓度为21°Bx,起始pH6.1,添加0.2%NaH2PO4·2H2O,接种量2.0%,培养温度28℃,培养时间3d的优化培养条件下,菌体蛋白收率达到5.837g/L;利用双酵母混菌发酵,菌体蛋白收率可进一步提高,达到6.638g/L.By several means,Candida sp.IFFI 1779 was screened as highyielding strain, which was suitable for growth in waste liquid of molasses ethanol and its biomass as well as protein content were good, for producing single cell protein. Through orthogonal and singlefactor experiments, various factors that affected the microbial protein yield were investigated and optimum cultivation conditions were achieved. Under such optimum conditions as waste liquid concentration 21°Bx, initial pH6.1,0.2% of NaH2PO42H2O, 2.0% of seed, cultivation temperature 28 ℃ and cultivation time 3 d, the microbial protein yield was 5.837g/L. Using two yeast strains for mixedfermentation, it rose up to 6.638g/L.
