摘　　要：　分析了政府采购、高校物资采购的特点及其运作方式,并提出了运作政府采购管理机制的重点,加快政府采购立法的建议。The characteristics of government procurement and college materials procurement and the way to handle are analyzed, meanwhile the focal points of management mechanism of government procurement and the suggestions about accelerating its legislation are put forward.
