摘 要:研究了淀粉水解液全部替代葡萄糖作为碳源发酵麦白霉素的工艺条件。用正交实验得出摇瓶培养基消毒后的最佳基质浓度为总糖 5 .0g 10 0mL ,还原糖 3.8g 10 0mL ,氨基氮 60mg mL ,溶解磷 30 0 μg mL。以 5 0L发酵罐进行实验 ,得出了麦白霉素的发酵代谢曲线和淀粉的适宜水解条件。经 30t发酵罐放大实验结果表明 ,与葡萄糖作碳源相比 ,用淀粉水解液作碳源发酵麦白霉素 ,发酵单位提高 2 3.0 % ,生产成本降低 38.0 %。Fermentation conditions of meleumycinum using starch digest as carbon source instead of glucose were studied. Based on shake flask experiments with orthogonal experiment design method the optimum substratum concentration were as follows: the concentration of total sugar was 5.0g/100mL, the reduced sugar was 3.8g/100mL, the amino-nitrogen was 60mg/mL, and the lytic-phosphorus was 300μg/mL. The fermentation metabolic curve and suitable hydrolysis conditions were obtained by experiments carried in 50L fermentor. The results of pilot experiments on scale of 30t fermentor indicated that, compared with glucose as carbon source for meleumycinum fermentation, the fermentation unity increased by 23.0% and the production cost decreased by 38.0%, when starch digest was adopted as carbon source.
