摘　　要：高等教育大众化 ,不仅仅是规模的扩张 ,而且应是规模、结构、质量、水平、效益的协调发展。在广东高等教育发展中 ,应全面理解“大众化”的内涵 。Popularization of higher education is not a mere expansion of scope.Its implications should be understood comprehensively as a coordinated development of higher education no matter whether in scope,in structure,in quality,in level, or in effect.Only by keeping this point in mind can we supply abundant talents for the socio economic development in Guangdong.
