摘　　要：文章通过对ISO90 0 0质量管理体系的简单介绍 ,重点说明了在加入WTO后 ,中国饭店业所面临的机遇与挑战。提出了饭店可持续发展的重要条件是与国际惯例接轨 ,即导入国际通用的质量管理体系标准ISO90 0 0 ,同时对ISO90 0 0在饭店中的实施要点进行了阐述。By a brief introduction to ISO9000,This article focuses itself on the opportunity and challenge facing China's hotelindustry since China's entry into WTO, The author puts forward the most important condition for the sustainable development of hotel industry is integration with international practices,i.e.adoption of ISO9000. Meantime,The author expounds the main points for hotel industry while implementing ISO9000.
