摘 要:根据疲劳寿命预测理论 ,建立 14× 5 .5J车轮受力危险点的疲劳寿命曲线。以车轮弯曲疲劳试验和有限元分析数据为基本参数 ,采用名义应力法和局部应力—应变法中的莫罗修正公式和史密斯修正公式 ,对 14× 5 .5J车轮分别在等幅载荷和载荷谱作用下进行疲劳寿命预测。运用可靠性理论 ,分别对等幅载荷和载荷谱作用下计算出来的疲劳寿命进行可靠度分析。结果表明 。The curves of the relationship on the stress and fatigue life of 14×5.5J wheels dangerous point is developed according to the fatigue life prediction theory. The fatigue life prediction of 14×5.5J wheels in the states of constant loading and spectrum loading are carried out with the methods of nominal stress, improved Morrow equation and Smith equation included in local stress stain method respectively according to the parameters which come from the wheel fatigue test and finite element analysis. Reliability analysis is carried out on the fatigue lives are calculated in the states of constant loading and spectrum loading with the reliability theory. The research results show that higher reliability will be got with either nominal stress or improved Smith equation in the fatigue life prediction of automobile wheels.
