胃癌组织中核基质蛋白的变化

摘　　要：目的:研究胃癌组织核基质蛋白的改变。方法:应用SDS-PAGE技术及Genetools定量分析软件,对22例胃癌组织及正常组织的核基质蛋白进行了研究。结果:胃癌组织与正常组织比较,Mr为30 000、28 000的核基质蛋白表达量明显减少(P<0.05);不同分化类型及不同临床分期胃癌组织间比较,此两种核基质蛋白表达量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中核基质蛋白的改变可能在肿瘤的早期已经发生,是胃癌发生的早期分子事件。Aim : To study the alteration of nuclear matrix protein in gastric cancer. Methods: The SDS-PAGE technique and Genetools quantitative analysis software were used to study the nuclear matrix proteins in 22 cases of gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue. Results; The expression quantity of 30 000, 28 000 nuclear matrix proteins in the gastric cancer tissue decreased significantly when compared with that in the normal gastric tissue (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the expression quantity of 30 000, 28 000 nuclear matrix proteins among the various differentiated types and among the various clinical stages of the gastric cancer. Conclusion : The alteration of nuclear matrix proteins in gastric cancer might occur at early stage of the tumor development. It might be an early molecular event in the development of gastric cancer.
