大豆磷脂对恢复期中风病的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察大豆磷脂对恢复期中风病的治疗作用。方法 :将 1 0 0名恢复期脑中风患者分成 2组各 5 0例 :对照组用脑复康治疗 ,大豆磷脂组用大豆磷脂治疗。疗程 30天。结果 :大豆磷脂患者神志、语言、运动功能的改善程度及综合疗效Ridit分析都显著优于对照组。结论 :大豆磷脂对恢复期中风病也有显著的治疗作用。Objective;To investigate the clinical curative effect on apoplexy during the recovery period with soybean lecithin.Methods:100 patients with apoplexy after leaving hospital were divided into 2 groups.Control group,50 patients,were cured with piracetan 0.8g,tid,po;soybean group,50 patients,treated with soybean lecithin 10g,tid,po.The treatment course was 30 days.Results:When the course was over, soybean lecithin group's deterioration,noimprovement,improvement,significant improvement and recovery were better than control group.Conclusion:Soybean lecithin in the treament of apoplexy during the recovery period also has a better clinical curative effect.
