来华留学生跨文化沟通效果评价的现状与思考——以河北省高校为例

摘　　要：随着来华留学人数的迅猛增加,研究留学生跨文化沟通效果已经显得越来越重要。本论文从国内外跨文化沟通相关理论出发,结合问卷调查,对留学生跨文化沟通效果评价进行分析研究。结果表明,留管人员与留学生对彼此沟通效果以及影响跨文化沟通效果各因素重要性的认识存在很大差异。因此,留管人员要积极研究有关留学生国家文化背景,注重提高留学生跨文化适应能力和沟通能力,更重要的是要端正跨文化沟通态度,提高跨文化沟通技能,制定有效的留学生跨文化管理策略,从而更好地指导来华留学生教育事业的可持续发展。With the rapid growth of the number of international students in China,it has become more important to study the crosscultural communication effects of the international students.This paper starts from the relevant crosscultural communication theories at home and abroad and conducts an analysis of the crosscultural communication effect evaluation of the international students in the universities of Hebei Province based on the questionnaire results.The results show that great differences exist in the understanding of the crosscultural communication effects and the significance of the influential factors by the international students and their management.Thus,the management should positively study the cultural background of the international students and focus on improving their crosscultural adaptive and communicative abilities.More importantly,they should correct their crosscultural communication attitude,improve communicative skills and develop effective communication management strategies,so as to better guide the sustainable development of the international student educational undertaking.
