摘　　要：从《江苏省计算机应用能力考核系统》的结构、组成模块及其关键技术的介绍,结合作者参与开发的实践和多年使用的经验,较为深入地探讨了无纸化计算机应用能力考核系统的构建思想、主要原则及技术实现。This paper deeply discusses the construction of the paperless test system for testing the computer applications ability, its main principles and the implementation. It is based on the structure of the Jiangsu province computer applications ability test system, its modules and the main techniqnes combined with author's abundant experience in development and use of the test system. 
