摘　　要：采用问卷调查和查阅文献资料等方法,对制约高等体育教育发展的主要因素进行分析,得出高等体育教育的可持续发展首先应确立其正确的价值取向,其次要对体育教学实施全面的改革,其中教学内容的改革是关键,人文素质教育是新型体育人才培养的基石,不断加强师资队伍建设和加大经费的投入力度是高等体育教育可持续发展的人力保障和物质保证。We in vestigate in paper and look up the documents and references, and Analyse the main factors restricting the high education of PE development. So we draw a conclusion that if you want make high education of PE to develop sustainably, something must be done. First, you have to set up a correct orientation of the values. Second, teaching methods reform isvery important, and personal quality education takes very important role in training new style PE talented persons. Thinrd, prepare for teachers and funds is a safeguard of human power and qualified personnel for PE sustainable development.
