To Break Down the Psychological Obstacle in Students'Mentalities in Order to Improve the Effect of Teaching in High Jump with Back Sinuosity

摘  要:对背越式跳高教学中学生心理方面产生障碍的原因进行了分析研究。指出:在进行背越式跳高教学时首先要克服学生心理障碍,以及心理因素给技术动作所带来的影响。应根据学生的实际情况,及时解决学生怕碰杆、怕摔的恐惧心理。在教学中要把分析学生心理,作为克服学生心理障碍,提高跳高教学效果的重要措施。The article analyzed the reason, and did some investigations to the effects in students' mentalities in the course of the high jump with hack sinuosity teaching. The article pointed out that the psychological harrier in students'mentalities must be overcome firstly, and the mentality factors have an effect on skillfully movements. So we should deal with the students' fear from touching pole and falling down according to the students' features. We should regard analysising on the students'mentalities as the important measures to overcome the psychological harrier in students mentalities and improve the high jump teaching effect.
