视域融合视角下的中医多元翻译

摘　　要：中医英译中存在的多元翻译现象是一个引人关注的问题。从视域融合视角对中医英译过程的分析表明,中医文本的特殊视域及不同背景译者的视域经过第一次视域融合后会产生不同的新视域。由于对译文读者视域的不同理解,译者会采取不同的方法和策略翻译新视域,由此产生不同的译文。此外,文化因素、译者语言水平等都会造成译文差异。The problem of different English versions for the same Chinese medicine text deserves further study. The research from the perspective of horizon fusion shows that the fusion of the peculiar horizon of the Chinese medicine text and the hori?zons of the translators with different backgrounds will lead to different new horizons. When translators put the newly formed ho?rizons into English, they may apply different methods and strategies due to their respective ideas on the horizons of their expected readers. Thus different translations are produced. Besides, other factors such as cultural variation, translators ’linguistic attainments also play a role in different translations.
