摘　　要：揭示WIN98/ 95通告图标的增加、修改、删除、设置、消息处理功能的实现技巧 ,并对易犯错误和通告图标应用程序窗口的关闭功能进行完善。The paper explains the operation skills of adding,deleting,configuring,message processing functions of notifying icon in WIN98/95,corrects the mistakes which are easy to make,improves the closing function of the application program windows.
