摘　　要：文章通过分析目前大学生教育管理工作现状 ,结合合肥工业大学管理学院实行的本科生导师制 ,提出高校本科生导师制是新形势下大学生教育管理工作的发展和创新。The article analyzes the circumstance of college student education management wording at present, Combining of college student tutor system practiced By management school of Hefei University of Technology, The article advances that college student tutor system is a keind of development and innovation of college student education management working under the new sitruation.
