摘　　要：通过中国与澳大利亚职业教育对比，提出制定用人制度的配套政策，加快落实职业资格证书制度，优化职业技术学院与行业之间的关系，解决学与用的矛盾。加快校内人事制度改革，提高教师队伍的整体职业素质。By comparison of professional education in China and Australia it presents the matching policy of employment to be produced. The administrative department should carry out the system of professional certificate, improve the cooperation between colleges and industries to use effectively knowledge in practice. And it suggests personnel system should be reformed as soon as possible, thus raising the quality of teachers.
