摘 要:大鼠10只,分实验组(6只)和对照组(4只)。实验组大鼠(每次2只)置入密封玻璃容器内(容积5500ml),同时放入钠石灰100g,90分钟后杀死取左心室外侧壁作超微细胞色素氧化酶观察,并以正常大鼠作对照。对两组动物各50个线粒体的细胞色素氧化酶有关参数进行图象分析处理。结果表明,缺氧组动物心肌线粒体细胞色素氧化酶活性明显减弱。Ten rats were randomly divided into the experimental group(6 rats)and the control group(4rats). The ex-perimental animals were put into a glass battle(volume 5500ml)containing 100g Na2O for 90 min. Then the ani-mals were taken out from the battle, and fixed by perfusing through the abdomenal aorta. The tissue specimens were taken from the left ventricle. The DAB method combining the Cerium-based method was used in the reaction of the cytochrome oxidase. Meanwhile. the control animals were handled as same way. The parameters of the atructure and the enzymic active reaction of the myocardial mitochondria both the experimental and the control ani-mals were analysed with the image analysis system(Omnicon 3600). 50 mitochondria in each group were analysed. The results have shown that the enzymic activity of the cytochrome oxidase in the experimental group is very aignificanfly weakened to compare with that in the control animals.
