摘　　要：目的 :探讨进一步加强医院护理人员继续教育的途径。方法 :对我院 2 5 0名护理人员 2 0 0 1年度继续教育学分按年龄、学历、职称和学分来源 ,进行分类统计分析。结果Aim: discussing the way to reinforce the continue education for attendants in hospital. Method: analyzing the course credit of 250 attendants in 2001 classified, divided by age, record of formal schooling, professional job title and source of course credit. Result: All the attendants' CME course credit for the whole year has achieved the requirement of hygiene department. Conclusion: It is the key way to improve the making of total group of attendants that starting the CME pertinently, based on the different characters such as age, education lever, the title of a technical post and so on.
