摘　　要：本文从回避制度是实现司法公正的途径入手 ,首先对回避制度作了价值分析 ,它对于法官在司法过程中保持中立具有重要意义 ,第二部分对我国现行的刑事诉讼法规定的回避制度进行评析 ,重点针对回避对象和回避理由两个方面 。Based on the conviction that the withdraw system is of vital importance in guaranteeing legal justice, the present paper analyses the values of the practice and its significance in the impartiality of judges in lawsuits. It goes on to critique the status quo of the withdraw practice in China's legal system, and put forth suggestions on improving the withdraw system in such two aspects as objects and reasons for withdrawal.
