摘  要:目的 :观察木瓜粉对缺血性脑梗塞患者总抗氧化能力(TOC)的影响。方法 :以60名年龄在50~70岁的缺血性脑梗塞初发病例为研究对象 ,随机分为病例组和对照组 ,病例组服用木瓜粉 ,对照组服用维生素C ,随访60天 ,比较两组血中总抗氧化能力的变化。结果 :病例组实验末、实验中TOC高于实验前 ,差异有显著性 (P<0.05)。结论Objective: To observe the effect of papaya powder on total antioxidative capacity of the patients with ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods:A clinical trial was carried on 60 ischemic stoke patients aged 50~75 years, oral administration of papaya powder or placebo (VitC) was started immediately after admission and was lasted for two months. The total antioxidantive capacity (TOC) was detected for three times during experiment.Results: The results showed that the level of TOC after and during experiment was significantly higher than before experiment in papaya group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The papaya powder can increase the TOC level of the patients suffered ischemic stroke.
