摘　　要：介绍磁电子器件的研制及应用动向。具体说明自旋阀——巨磁电阻磁头、磁传感器、磁随机存取存储器和量子化磁盘等器件的结构、工作原理及其应用,展望磁电子器件未来的发展。The status of development and production and applications of the magneto-electronic devices is introduced. The construction and operating principle and applications of the SV-GMR head and magnetic sensors, MRAM and QMDs are in the concrete described. The future development of the magneto-electronic devices is prospected.
