摘　　要：研究性学习是培训理念的创新,是职工培训发展的未来趋势。与接受性学习相比,研究性学习具有实践性、开放性、自主性、过程性等特点。企业职工培训要从增强培训讲师的研究性、激发学员的主动性、突出管理的科学性入手,积极推进职工培训的研究性学习,以提高企业培训的质量和水平。SAR(Study as researcher) is an innovation of training concept, the trend of the development of VT (vocational training). Compared with SAA(study as acceptor), SAR features practical, open, active and progressive. Enterprise VT should access from strengthening teachers' research ability, stimulating students' activity, stressing scientific management, actively promote SAR, to improve the quality and level of VT.
