摘　　要：In this paper, a kind of inverse eigenvalue problem which is the recon-struction of real symmetric five-diagonal matrix by three eigenvalues and corre-sponding eigenvectors is proposed. The solvability of the problem is disucssedand some sufficient and necessary conditions for existence of solution of thisproblem are given.
