摘　　要：通过对澳麦斯库那大麦的特点和质量分析 ,研究了南澳斯库那大麦在萨拉丁箱中生产的制麦工艺及各工艺的操作要点 ,从而生产出质量稳定。In order to produce excellent malt,the malting technology in Saladin Box and its main operational points were studied in this paper on the basis of analyzing the quality and characteristic of Schooner barley of South Australia.
