摘  要:本文提出了测定水和保健饮料中痕量锗的桑色素荧光分光光度法。检出限分别为0.2μg/L和0.7μg/L,线性范围分别为1.0~25μg/L和5.0~30μg/L,平均回收率分别为97.2%~104.5%和98.8%~104.8%,相对标准偏差分别为3.66%。2.87%方法简便,准确高度,精密度好,共存离子干扰小。A highly sensitive and fairly selective spectrofluoromctric method was developed for the determination of germanium with morin, The detection limits of germanium in water and health drink were 0.2 and 0.7 μg/L, respectively. The linear ranges were 1.0 ~25 and 5.0~30 μg/L. The average recoveries of germanium added to water and health drink were in the range of 97.2%~104.5% and 96.8%~104.8%.The relative standard deviations were 1.27%,3.77%,4.88% and 1.24%,2.00%,4.38% for six replicate determinations of high, medium and low concentrations of germanium in water and health drink, respectively. This method was simple, 'accurate and precise. The interference of diverse ions was not serious.
