摘  要:探讨了流动注射-原子吸收光谱法(FI-AAS)测定痕量汞的分析条件,建立了奶粉中痕量汞的FI-AAS测定方法。测定奶粉中汞的检出限为2.4ng·g^-1;线性范围0-80μg·L^-1;相对标准偏差小于5%;加标回收率为95%-108%。该方法简便、快速。Various testing conditions for determination of mercury by flow injection-atomic absorption spectrometry were discussed and a method for the determination of mercury in powdered milk was developed.The linear range for mercury is 0-80μg·L -1.The detection limit for mercury in powdered milk is 2.4ng·g -1.The relative standard deviation is less than 5% and the recovery is in the range of 95%-108%.This method is simple,rapid and can be applied to the determination of mercury in powdered milk samples with satisfactory results.
