摘 要:运用自行开发的非线性有限元分析软件包SHEET-FORMING模拟圆弧弯曲半管的高压橡皮成形全过程(成形和回弹),研究变形过程中材料流动和应力-应变分布,预示和分析成形障碍的出现及原因,给出了适合高压橡皮成形工艺的毛坯/模具形状。该研究为半管零件的成形工艺从落压成形转换成高压橡皮成形提供了有用的工艺参数。同时也表明,计算机数值模拟试错法的定性和定量科学分析可有效地部分取代工艺革新中传统的"物理试错法";它们的结合运用使工艺革新更具有科学性和提高了它的成功率。The forming process and the spring-back of the arc-curved semi-pipe in high hydraulic press rubber forming (HHPRF) are simulated by the self-developed software SHEET-FORMING with the nonlinear finite element method in order to study the feasibility of replacing hamming with HHPRF for semi-pipes of sheet-metal. The stress-strain distribution and the material-flow during forming are offered; the appearance and reason of forming barrier are predicted and analyzed, and the shape of the rough and the die suitable for HHPRF is given, which is the main factor of deciding the HHPRF success or failure. Useful technical parameters for replacing hamming with HHPRF for the semi-pipe are obtained. The qualitative and quantitative warranty is scientifically proposed for the innovation of the forming method of the semi-pipes. The precision of forming simulation is the main infection factor to the precision of spring-back simulation; and the traditional physical trial-and-error can partially be replaced with the numerical simulation by computer. Therefore, the integration of computer-numerical-simulation trial-and-error with physical trial-and-error can make the technical innovation more scientific and its success rate higher.
