摘　　要：伺服机构是导引头的重要组成部分 ,它的机械性能直接影响到伺服系统及导引头的精度。通过对伺服机构机械参数的测量 ,可以判定伺服机构是否符合设计要求 ,可以对机械结构进行调整和补偿 ,并减少误差源对机构的影响。同时 ,可根据实测数据对设计进行修改 ,而且 。Servomechanism is an important component of a seeker, whose mechanical performance directly affects on the precision of the servo system and the seeker. Through measurement on the parameters, the designer can conclude if the servomechanism meets the design demands, then adjust and indemnifies the mechanical system to reduce the impact on the mechanism from the error source. Meanwhile, the designer can revise his design according to the actual figures; furthermore, the measurement data is also the acceptance condition of the completion of the servomechanism installation.
