摘 要:电取蜂毒不利于蜜蜂群势发展和养蜂生产。电取蜂毒 3d 1次 ,连续 1 0次 ,使蜂蜜减产 45 .64%~49.90 % ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;蜂王浆产量平均降低 46.1 7% ,差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;移虫接受率平均降低3 1 .0 5 % ,差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;对单台产浆量、饲料消耗量、蜂王有效产卵量等影响不大。连续取毒后1 1d ,对蜜蜂群势的发展影响不大 ,2 3d后蜜蜂群势比对照组低 1 2 .87% ,3 5d后低 2 8.81 % ,差异均极显著(P <0 .0 1 )。The collection of bee venom by electric shocking is not beneficial to honeybee population and production. The output of honey dropped significantly (P<0.05) by 45.64% to 49.90%, the output of royal jelly dropped 46.17%, the difference being very significant (P<0.01) and the rate of larval acceptance dropped by 31.05%, very significant (P<0.01) when the venom was collected continuously once every three days and up to ten times. However, the venom collection had not very much influenced the average output of royal jelly of individual cup and the effectiveness of queen's oviposition, and the volume of sugar consumption was not much changed, too. There were no apparent differences in the honeybee population after collecting venom continuously for 11 days, but the population had reduced by 12.87% after 23 days and 28.81% after 35 days, both very significant (P<0.01).
