摘　　要：随着计算机校园网和城域网的建立并接入互联网 ,打破了大学生获取信息的时空限制 ,使青海高校思想政治工作面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。The establishment of the college network,city network and internet breaks down the time and space's barriers collected information by college students,and makes Qinghai's colleges and universities to face unprecedentedly development opportunities and challenges.
